Upon arrival:

Keys to the apartments are handed over from 16.00 to 18.00 on the day of your arrival. We recommend that you stick to these times to avoid waiting or mistakes. However, it will be possible to request flexible times. We will ask you for an identity document and the details of the people hosted with you. The number of people accommodated in the apartments cannot exceed the number of available beds. Persons not registered in the notification form cannot be accommodated. The balance of the rental, any extras and the security deposit must be payed upon arrival. The security deposit, to guarantee any breakages, deficiencies or damages, is € 150,00. Damage caused during the stay to the furniture, the apartment or anything else, is borne by the customer.

At check-out:

The return of the keys is from 8.00 to 10.00 on the day of departure. The apartments must be clean and in the same condition in which they were given to you. Any earlier departures (earlier than the reception opening hours) could result in a belated return the deposit, which will be sent to you after we have checked the accommodation.

Reservation confirmation:

Bookings followed by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay are considered confirmed. Payment must be done within 10 days. If you cannot arrive on the fixed day, we ask you to notify us by email or fax. In case of no-show and without notice, after 24 hours from the scheduled date, we will consider the reservation canceled and the apartment available for a new rental. Late arrivals or early departures do not entail reductions in the rental price.

Cancellations or changes of reservation:

REFUNDABLE RATE

For stays UNTIL JULY 3^rd  AND FROM AUGUST 31^st

If canceled or modified up to 3 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

Beyond this limit, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.

For stays FROM JULY 4^th  TO AUGUST 30^th

If canceled or modified up to 15 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.

Cancellations or changes, from 14 days up to 3 days before the date of arrival, result in the charge of 10% of the stay.

Beyond this limit of 3 days from the date of arrival, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.

If Marche Region and/or the region of origin of the guest, at any time, should impose confinement measures (lockdown) such as not to allow the stay, the entire deposit will be returned.

Late arrivals or early departures do not entail reductions in the rental price. If you cannot arrive on the fixed day, we ask you to notify us by email or fax. In case of no-show, after 24 hours from the scheduled date and without notice, we will consider the apartment available for a new rental.
